🌴Important Points for Rice Cultivation 🌴

Select seeds of certified varieties and treat them. Treat the seeds with either Bhoo Pradharak culture or Carbon Dazim at 2 grams per kilo of seed or Tricodarma fungicide at 5 grams. Soak the seeds in salt water and remove those that float. Then wash the seeds thoroughly and treat them. Keep them soaked in water for 12 to 24 hours. Then keep them in a shaded area in jute bags and sprinkle water on them periodically until germination occurs within 24 to 36 hours.

Allocate 25 square meters of space for 1 kilo of seeds

Level the land well using laser leveler and prepare it in May. If possible, create small plots. Both sides of the plot should have drainage channels.

Nursery should be planted in the evening. Remove any remaining water in the morning!

Fill the nursery bed with water in the evening before uprooting. Treat the uprooted nursery with Bhoo Pradharak or Carbon Dazim!

Use nurseries that are 20 to 25 days old. Level the field using a laser leveler in May-June and apply green manure fertilizer along with sunhemp, cowpea, mung bean, etc. Waterlogging should be avoided!

Plant the nursery 1 inch deep. Planting deeper than 1 inch reduces production. Use a 20/20 cm graph to mark planting lines! Separate the leftover nursery from the nursery bed!

Use fertilizers according to the guidelines of the farmer training program. Conduct soil tests and apply urea before bud formation!

Apply puddling 15 days after transplanting. This increases rice stalk length!

Don't flood the field continuously and let grass and weeds grow. Maintain weed control!

Remove diseased plants from the field!

Keep water in the field during tillering and panicle initiation!

Use chemicals according to guidelines. Don't spray any chemicals after grain formation. Prepare chemical formulations in the right proportion. Use the full quantity of water!

Cut the crop 6 to 8 inches above the ground surface when mature. While cutting, don't pile the crop. Make an even thin surface!

Clean the rice thoroughly before selling. Store it in jute bags only!
